Music with experimental electroacoustic alto hurdy gurdy. Hur Hur began in 2012 as a solo music project for the sound and performance artist Timo Viialainen. The project is about exploration of the sound and mechanics of hurdy gurdy and the possibility of its use as a one man band noise attack. Loose arrangements contain elements from folk music that often escalate into cathartic drone psychedelia.
