Jenni Luhta (née Markkanen) calls herself moral artist. Luhta graduated from the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts in 2012. She performs her work in the form of visual, literary, video and performance art and their combinations, also presenting non-performative commentary and publishing art in the social media.

As the companion of Lauri Luhta, Jenni is a part of the Là-bas project team. In the Abyss festival, Jenni Luhta is the curator of the video screening at Kiasma Theatre, co-ordinator of the seminar Online Portrait and responsible for the visual outlook of the festival.
